With over a decade of experience raising money and garnering resources for non-profit organizations, Kathy Arrgentar manages a broad range of Pilot Light’s fundraising efforts. Kathy has played a number of roles in the nonprofit environment and has been instrumental in securing millions of dollars in funding for her clients and causes.
Kathy earned a B.S. in Management from Purdue University and also attended Northwestern University, Kelloff Graduate School of Management. She has experience in marketing, fundraising, event planning, public speaking, and maintaining client relationships. She has served. as co-founder and president of Friends of Audubon, a 501(c)(3) organization, and as the Development Manager from Namaste Charter School. Kathy is the founder of her own company, KHA Fundraising Solutions, which has secured over $5,000,000 for clients in the field of education and health & human services. She is a long-time and active resident of Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood, where she has served as president. of Roscoe Village Neighbors and lives there with her husband and two daughters.
