Christen Majors is a prospective 2023 graduate of Northwestern University’s Masters of Public Health program. Her goal is to use her degree to help forge holistic approaches to help mitigate chronic diseases and illnesses within communities. Christen’s professional experiences have been grounded in clinical operations administration, business marketing, and advocacy. She supports Pilots Light’s emphasis on integrated food education standards. Christen believes that a curriculum that forms a relationship between individuals and healthy, nutrient-dense foods can help relieve the burden of undernutrition and obesity and improve health outcomes. When she isn’t working or studying, Christen spends her time immersed in fitness and nutrition and especially enjoys cooking for the ones she loves.
