My name is Iván Sarabia. I am a 2nd-grade teacher at the Academy for Global Citizenship (AGC). This will be my third year teaching at AGC and my 8th year in a classroom. I have taught in Madrid, Spain, Seoul, South Korea, and Austin, Texas. I love to travel and play board games, but food is my passion. I am an avid home cook, I love to ferment different foods at home and I also can, pickle, and preserve different produce.
