Chandra Garcia-Kitch is currently a Third Grade classroom teacher at William H Ray School, a Chicago Public School.
She has taught on the south and west sides of Chicago for the last 16 years, working with every grade from Kindergarten through 8th. She has reasons that each grade is her favorite.
Prior to moving to Chicago, Chandra taught in her hometown of Dallas, Texas for four years, which explains her affinity for BBQ, Tex-Mex, and hot weather. In both beautiful cities, she has enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening and eating yummy food!
