Pilot Light is honored to be named as the first beneficiary of this summer’s PIG STAR Summer Roast Series at Big Star in Wicker Park. On May 22, join us on the Big Star patio from 5PM-10PM for a whole pig roast and specialty menu by Chef David Rodriguez Jr. of El Biggie Mexican Urban Kitchen. $1 of each item sold will benefit Pilot Light’s Food Education programs in Chicago and beyond.
