Over the past year, Pilot Light was been proud to partner with the Urban School Food Alliance and their member districts to bring food education–paired with school food–into classrooms. Together, we published a case study on the first year of our work together with nationwide programs in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles and Orlando.
