Claudia is an independent organizational design and change management consultant specializing in guiding organizations through times of evolution. She helps them find focus, maximize resources and streamline operations, so they can make room for creativity and innovation. Before starting her own consulting practice in 2013, Claudia spent 10 years working in top-tier advertising agencies on brands including Gatorade, State Farm and Bayer.

A long-time Logan Square resident, Claudia is a member of the Dill Pickle Food Cooperative’s Board of Directors and enjoys visiting all the great restaurants within walking distance of her house.
