Amelia is a Chicago native, social worker, and enthusiastic home cook excited to be joining the Pilot Light team. A graduate of Fordham University in New York, Amelia is excited to be back in her home town, finding ways to combine her personal passions for wellness and culinary creativity, with her professional interests in food justice, public health, and nonprofit management.
