To make our program as appetizing as possible for both student and teacher, Pilot Light has worked diligently on both sides of the table. First, we sat down with Chicago educators to understand how core curriculum was being taught and the knowledge the teachers were imparting. Then we incorporated the experience of our chefs to help create lesson plans that use healthy food as a foundation for better learning. The results are astounding. Kids can’t get enough of it and teachers have the full attention of their classrooms.
