Emma Solimine is an intern at Pilot Light. She currently attends the
University of Chicago and will graduate in 2020 with an undergraduate
degree in political science and a master’s degree in international
relations. Emma tutors in local schools throughout the year and has
worked for the city of Chicago to promote financial education. She has
also always enjoyed cooking and baking, so she is excited to combine
her interest in community engagement with her love of food at Pilot
Light.
