I moved to Chicago two years ago to start a sales career in the orthopedic industry after working as an engineer at a spine implant company for a little over two years. Before Chicago, I called Atlanta home and then went to college at Georgia Tech. My favorite part of living here is actually getting to experience all the seasons, even the snow. I love to run and bike on the lakeshore path, and completed my first triathlon this year. I try to never go to the same restaurant twice- this city has such a diversity of food to try. Celebrating birthday’s are one of my favorite activities because it gives me a good excuse to practice my baking skills. I’m excited to volunteer at Pilot Light because I want to educate children in the community with skills to empower them for a lifetime of learning and healthy lifestyle choices.
